INCENDRE corporation is in the business of transporting regulated medical waste and they have recently declared bankruptcy. Virginia DEQ has found that the company has abandoned vehicles in rented lots that contain regulated medical waste. Facilities that INCENDRE has been servicing, such as hospitals, should not expect them to show up and pick up the medical waste. Numerous facilities have not been notified.
