State of Colorado Reaches Agreement with 1155 Canyon Condominium Association to Resolve Water Quality Violations 

Denver, CO (1/16/2024) – The State of Colorado’s Water Quality Control Division today announced a Compliance Order on Consent (“COC”) with 1155 Canyon Condominium Association resolving water quality violations alleged in a Notice of Violation/Cease and Desist Order (“NOV/CDO”).

The NOV/CDO, filed November 30, 2022, alleged that 1155 Canyon Condominium Association violated the Water Quality Control Act and permit requirements at the 1155 Canyon Blvd facility in Boulder County. Under the COC, 1155 Canyon Condominium Association will pay a $46,800 civil penalty, which will be distributed to the State of Colorado’s Water Quality Improvement Fund. 1155 Canyon Condominium Association completed all required corrective actions and returned to compliance.
